Registrations
1. When's the latest you can register online?
You can register right up until Friday 30 November 2012.

2. How can I receive more information throughout the year?

3. When will I receive my confirmation?
In order for your registration to be processed, it is essential that you have paid your registration fee in full (including bank charges if you pay by bank transfer).
If you pay by bank transfer, please send your bank transfer confirmation, including the Delegate Reference Number (found in the subject header of your confirmation email), to delegates@eurobest.com or fax to +44 (0)207 728 4044.
Once we have processed your registration, we will send your registration confirmation letter, which will include your accommodation details if applicable.
4. Is there a registration deadline?
No. Once registration is open, delegates can register up to and throughout the Festival. However, there is a cancellation/refund deadline of Friday 26 October 2012.
5. What do I do if I require a visa?
Most non-EU residents will need a Schengen Visa to visit Portugal.
Please check with the Portuguese embassy in your country or visit www.theschengenoffice.com, if you are unsure whether a visa is necessary.
If you do require a visa, please contact the Delegate Department at + 44 (0)207 728 4040 or delegates@eurobest.com so we can send you a visa letter. Please provide us with your full name, passport number, nationality, date and place of birth, date of issue and expiry of your passport and place of issue.
