You can cancel at any time. However, if you wish to be issued with a refund, you must submit a cancellation request by logging into your My Account area and completing the form by midnight GMT 26 October 2012. Refunds will not be processed until after the Festival.

Any cancellations requested after midnight GMT 26 October 2012 but before midnight GMT 9 November 2012, are eligible for credit for 2013 but are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations requested after midnight GMT 9 November 2012 are not eligible for a refund or for credit for 2013.

This policy also applies to downgrades.

Delegate registration cancellations will result in the automatic cancellation of hotel reservations.
