A lot has changed in the industry the last couple of years. But although we are supposed to be an creative industry in the forefront our working model hasn’t changed at all since the “Mad men” era. Layers of hierarchy in creative departments, teams that compete on every brief, superstar creatives that don’t create but just oversee work. 

But what if collaboration is better than competition? What if responsibility is the strongest motivator and the thing that really makes creatives rise to the occasion? What if there were no titles, no hierarchy, no internal politics within the agency so everyone could concentrate on one thing only: solving the problem at hand?

What if really good work doesn’t necessarily come out of the greatest talent, but out of the greatest environment? An environment were everyone feels proud of all of the agency's work, not just their own.

This is about Forsman & Bodenfors, an agency where the collective is more important than the individual and where the organisation is turned upside down
