iV2 GmbH: Is your brand making sense? How sensory branding influences perception

Friday 2 December

1100 - 1130

Cortona Room

Hosted by: iV2

A great deal of time and money is spent on creating distinct verbal and visual expressions for brands. But what about the way a brand sounds, feels or smells? In an experientially driven marketplace, it’s more important than ever for brands to offer products and services that deliver and delight across all the senses.

Enter the world of sensory branding, where sight sound, touch, taste and smell are used to not only engage consumers but to also shape their brand perceptions and influence their behaviour. This panel discussion will explore the science and the art of sensory branding, drawing on the experience of Dr Charles Spence, head of Oxford University’s crossmodal research lab and one of the world’s leading authorities on the subject.

Also featured will be Steve Keller, CEO of iV2, an audio consultancy that focuses on the strategic use of sound in multiple brand contexts. Discover how brands can interact with consumers at a multi-sensory level, where our most fundamental motivations live. The goal of this panel is to amaze and inspire the audience with sensory science, exploring its practical application to brands and advertising.
