Bao Tu NGoc is the Head of Digital at BETC Paris.
A graduate of EPITECH Paris, Bao begun his career in 2003 as a Telecom Engineer in Start-Ups ecosystem. In 2006, he held to position of System & Network Director at Wengo which became, after the acquisition by Vivendi, the number-one leader of B2B/B2C services marketplace in Europe.
In 2012, Bao joined Fred & Farid Paris building the digital department handling activations campaigns of all of the agency’s brands (Martini, Société Générale, Audi, Carambar…).
In 2015, he started a new adventure with BETC as the Head of Digital with the job of finding innovative solutions to the most creative campaigns of the agency. From AI to Blockchain, Bao’s mission is to combine storytelling with new technologies and UX to launch disruptive campaigns.
He has worked on award winning campaigns such as Orangina Upside-down Can, CANAL+ AiMEN, UNICEF Game Chaingers. Citroën Seetroën and Lacoste the 9th Lane.
Along his career, Bao could experience both tech and creative industries and his work has been awarded at Cannes, D&AD, Clio, One Show, NY Festival, and almost every important award in the French advertising market.
Fascinated by the magic that lies at the intersection of humanity and technology, the things that look ordinary but have a real impact on the world and humanity, Bao also served as Judge at SXSW Innovation Awards in 2020 and 2022 editions.
