Isa Espona

Isa Espona is currently the Executive Creative Director at 14 agency for CUPRA & SEAT international, the Spanish car bran from the Volkswagen group. She started at 14 as an Art Director in 2016, moving on to Head of Art in 2017, to Creative Director in 2019 demonstrating her commitment to the agency, the client and the fact that she is always being passioned about creativity.

She comes from a design background and holds 15 years’ experience in advertising. She was born and raised in the Spanish digital creative agency Doubleyou working with brands such as Bacardi Group, Diesel and Evax & Tampax among others and moving to DDB Spain to work for top brands like Volkswagen, Carolina Herrera and Audi.

His work has been recognized internationally with awards at the New York Festivals, El Sol and Laus awards.

Isa is a curious, introspective and calm person who connects with her creativity from her artistic side fueled by their passion for photography and design.

She believes that teamwork, trust and closeness with the teams are key to reach a great creativity.
