Grand Prix winner at Cannes Lions, New York Festival, Clio, One Show, Eurobest, Golden Drum and LIA, Michele Picci began his career in 2007 as creative in Lowe, then JWT and later Havas.
In 2011 he joined Publicis as Associate Creative Director on high profile international accounts helping build Milan office’s reputation both as a favoured destination for the creative community and a lead creative agency in the network, culminated in the successful acquisition of Heineken global creative account.
In 2015 he moved to BBDO as Creative Director to develop and oversee multi-device platforms which led the agency to win its first Clio in history.
In 2017 he returned to Publicis to contribute to the digital transformation and expand the agency's offer, taking him to the helm of Sky and later of Netflix account as Executive Creative Director.
In 2021 he joined Amazon where he currently works as Senior Creative Director for Prime Video EU.
In 15 years Michele Picci served as a juror at the major advertising festivals including Cannes Lions and featured in the New York Times, Forbes, Huffington Post, Mashable and Guinness World Records.
