Thomas Knüwer

Thomas Knüwer is a Creative Managing Director at Accenture Song in Hamburg, Germany, where he has worked for clients like Netflix, Aldi, Google and Zalando.

Looking for ideas that excite people where they are and inspire them to go wherever they want to go, he has developed weird things like a melting board game, a record from hell, and a search engine for small business exports. His work received more than 130 awards and merits, including Cannes Lions, Eurobest, ADC, D&AD and Clio.

Beyond his creative work on clients, Thomas' focus at Accenture Song is on creative talent development, mental health, and culture driven team and career models.

Thomas started his career at Jung von Matt in Hamburg after studying Graphic Design. He’s an active Member of the Art Director’s Club Germany, The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences and has been judging at awards like ADC, PIAF, the Webby and Lovie Award.

Aside from work, Thomas has published two novels and is currently writing his third.
