Kasia Zan

Kasia leads the Digital Health practice within Deloitte Digital. She is a creative and innovative Strategy & Design Leader, focused on using digital technology and innovation to directly and indirectly improve the lives and health of populations, patients, clinicians and health systems and inspired to design health services of the future. She has undertaken health challenges from all angles, including in public health, consumer health, pharma, insurance and health & beauty retail throughout her career.

She is experienced in all aspects of customer experience and digital transformation in consumer health, with a focus on human-centered design. Her expertise ranges from experience strategy, marketing communications, proposition design, UX, innovation, defining near and far roadmaps, and developing MVPs to launch and support digital products and services.

Kasia is inspired by the opportunity presented by digital products and services to put healthcare in people’s hands, modify behaviours, drive inclusion and deliver better health and wellness outcomes for people, patients and clinicians #techforgood
