Maria Fridman

Maria Fridman is an award winning creative specialized in concept development, art direction, design and strategic creativity, – working at the acclaimed Swedish ad agency Garbergs. Previous work places include Forsman & Bodenfors, as well as Madre in Buenos Aires, and clients like IKEA, Volvo Trucks, Volvo Cars and Heineken.

With a passion for creativity, technology and innovation Maria has, during her 13+ years in the industry, transformed businesses and brands trough design and advertising – always aiming to deliver impact, growth and commercial success for her clients through deep business knowledge and true customer insights.

Maria has received numerous international awards at communication and design festivals like D&AD, Cannes Lions, Epica and The One Show. She’s a regular judge for advertising, film and innovation, as well as a frequent writer and advisor of communication trends and insights in Scandinavia's leading paper on market communication and media.

Maria is a strong advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, – and feels passionate about trying to make this world a slightly better place with every campaign that she creates.
