Biography
Alissa is a Senior Creative Strategist and Digital Innovation Leader at Google's Creative Works Central Europe, with + 17 years of experience empowering major global brands (NIKE, McDonald's, BMW, Vodafone, Mercedes-Benz) to maximize their digital impact. Alissa is leading all Industry work and events for the German Creative Industry, fostering strong cross-functional collaborations within Google and with external C-Level stakeholders.
She is passionate about leveraging AI, technology, and data to craft groundbreaking creative solutions and drive tangible business growth. Her expertise includes leading dynamic, customer-focused teams; developing and executing strategic business initiatives for leading brands; and a deep understanding of the creative industry and Google's AI-driven creative offerings.
Recognized as a key industry voice, she served as Jury President for the Deutscher Digital Award (DDA) this year, after previous years as a jury member. She is also a frequent speaker and panelist at key events such as DMEXCO, Effie, ADC and OMR. She holds a degree in Circular Economy at the MIT and a Master from the University of Arts in Berlin.
