Aliyar Huseynov leads commercial and marketing for Procter & Gamble across 3 markets — Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia. Based in Baku, across 13 years at P&G, he has built a track record at the intersection of creative ambition and commercial rigour: go-to-market strategy, retail media innovation, and brand-building work that has to travel across languages, income levels and retail realities. He is a recipient of the P&G CEO Award and the Regional VP Award.

He judges regularly on the international festival circuit — Golden Drum, Eurobest Young Creatives, Ad Black Sea, TAF! Tashkent and Felis Azerbaijan, where he has been invited as Co-President of the Jury and serves as Deputy Chairperson of the Marketing Committee at AmCham Azerbaijan. He holds a CIM Professional Diploma and speaks English, Turkish, Russian and Azerbaijani.
