EMEA AND APAC

Biography

Anika is co-head of NOT W+K, the specialist branding and design arm of Wieden+Kennedy.

Anika brings a brand-first perspective to the craft of design. Believing that brands are ubiquitous in our lives and have more of an impact on us than we know, is what got her started in the industry. And helping to shape, challenge and create them is what drives the team at NOT and what they show up for every day.

At Wieden+Kennedy, she helped launch NOT W+K and has since led projects for Malibu, Kahlúa, Eurovision, Premier Jumping League, Warner Bros. Upwork, Re:Chemistry, and KISS, the much loved London radio station.

Creating and evolving brands rooted in the creative spirit W+K is known for, to make people feel something and make an impact in culture. With no house style or fixed process, putting audience insights and challenging convention first, but with branding and design at the heart of the work.

Before W+K, Anika spent five years at Interbrand, leading brand transformation, brand valuation and brand identity projects for Estée Lauder Companies, Unilever and Cartier. She led the launch of a new logo and visual identity for the UK's GREAT Campaign, and also set up an inclusive design practice and led EDI strategy for the London office.
