With more than 25 years of experience in advertising, Ayşe Aydın is one of the prominent names in Turkey’s creative industry. Throughout her career, she has made a lasting impact both in Turkey and internationally through award-winning work and the brands she has helped shape.

Ayşe began her career as a copywriter at DDB&Co and Medina Turgul DDB, quickly rising to the position of Creative Group Head.

In 2014, she joined Y&R Team Red as Creative Director.

In 2015, her ‘Red Light’ project for Vodafone received numerous international accolades, including the Cannes Lions Grand Prix.

From 2016 onwards, she served as Executive Creative Director of VMLY&R and Team Red, redefining the agencies’ creative vision.

Following this success, she joined Publicis Groupe, where she served as Chief Creative Officer (CCO) for two years.

In 2023, she embarked on a new chapter by founding her own agency:

Since its establishment, We İstanbul has provided 360° integrated communications services to leading brands including Avon, Aygaz, Eczacıbaşı, İş Bankası, Opet, Kariyer.net, Kiğılı, Luppo, Misli, Nays, Pazarama, Sparx, Sportive and Yemeksepeti.

Throughout her career, Ayşe has also created memorable work for numerous global brands, including Vodafone, Burger King, Opel, Volkswagen, Siemens, Unilever, Renault, Nescafé and P&G.
