Biography

Bolu Akindoyin is a visionary leader with over two decades of experience elevating brands and pioneering creative strategies that resonate with Gen Z and Gen Alpha. After starting his marketing career at JCDecaux, his early passion for marketing and entertainment led him to Philips Electronics’ amBX division, collaborating with publishers including Ubisoft and Sony Online Entertainment, on groundbreaking gaming innovations, before joining EA Games to lead UK marketing for The Sims franchise. There, he helped embed gaming into mainstream culture through bold brand collaborations and pop culture integrations.

In 2012, Bolu co-founded Miai+ Brand Partnerships, a multi-award-winning independent agency. For over a decade, he has led Xbox’s EMEA partnership strategy, delivering globally celebrated collaborations such as the Clio-winning ‘Nexus Level Doughnut’ with Krispy Kreme and the record-breaking Xbox x Oreo ‘Cheat Cookies,’ the second most awarded campaign in the World Creative Rankings.
