Ellie Edwards-Scott is an executive leader, founder and trusted advisor with more than 25 years’ experience across the advertising, media and technology industries, with a career spanning commercial leadership, digital transformation, innovation and emerging technology.

Having held senior leadership positions at GroupM, Dentsu and Hi-Media, Ellie has worked across the agency, publisher and technology ecosystem, helping businesses navigate disruption, identify new commercial opportunities and translate technological change into sustainable growth.

Today, she is Co-Founder of The Advisory Collective, a strategic consultancy working with innovative technology businesses to successfully enter and scale within the UK, while advising established organisations on commercial strategy, positioning and growth. She is also COO & Co-Founder of WeGame2, helping brands, agencies, publishers and technology companies better understand the rapidly evolving gaming ecosystem and the opportunities it creates for engaging diverse audiences.

Alongside her commercial roles, Ellie is a Trustee of Digilearning, which creates pathways into digital careers for young people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, and Co-Founder of Digital Leading Ladies, one of the UK’s largest communities of senior women in digital advertising. She is a member of WACL and MEFA and previously served for six years as a Non-Executive Director of Look Ahead Housing & Care.

Throughout her career, Ellie has championed innovation, inclusive leadership and greater representation across the industry, bringing a perspective shaped by working across agencies, media owners, technology businesses, founders and boards.
