Helen Rhodes

Chief Creative Officer, Grey London

Helen Rhodes is the Chief Creative Officer at Grey London, known for her culturally resonant and beautifully crafted ideas. Helen now oversees the studio’s 50+ strong creative and design team, working alongside wider leadership to shape Grey London's strategy and direction.

Helen brings an enviable book of work built across the globe at some of the world's most awarded agencies. She joins Grey from BBH London, where she served as Executive Creative Director and was behind the iconic "Girl vs Cancer" campaign, which powerfully broke taboos around sex and cancer. Prior to BBH, Helen held roles at iconic institutions like BBC Creative, where she led award-winning projects including the Dracula special-build and the BAFTA-winning Tokyo Olympics 2020 campaign, and launched BBCU to improve diversity and inclusion. Earlier in her career, at Wieden+Kennedy Portland, Helen created standout work for clients like KFC, Samsung, and TurboTax, contributing to the agency's recognition as AdWeek and AdAge Agency of the Year.

Her work has been consistently celebrated at every major international awards show, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, and Clios.
