Biography
Isabelle Schnellbuegel is Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and Marketing Advisory Lead at Accenture Song across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
An entrepreneur at heart, Isabelle thrives on crafting visionary strategies for an increasingly fragmented world and ever more empowered consumers. Her ultimate goal is to drive positive impact – not just for businesses, but for people and the planet as well.
She has over a decade of experience spanning brand, digital, and experience strategy as well as holistic Marketing Transformation. She has always enjoyed working at the intersection of creativity, data, and tech, and loves to combine data-driven decision-making with human insights to create maximum relevance. Isabelle spearheaded strategies for both national and global clients, including Allianz, Audi, The Coca-Cola Company, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Deutsche Bahn, Mondelez, Mini, and Nestlé.
Isabelle is co-founder of THE STRATEGY COLLECTIVE, a network for strategists to shape the future of strategy. She also founded strategy conference STRAT CON and co-hosts STRAT TALKS, a podcast for strategy. In 2023 German industry publication Horizont named her ‘40 under 40’ people to watch.
Previously she worked for Ogilvy, Dropbox, Google, and Serviceplan.
