Under her leadership, VML Czechia made industry history by winning the country’s first-ever Cannes Lions Grand Prix for KitKat, alongside top awards at Effie, Clio, and Golden Drum, and securing major client wins like T-Mobile. A champion of people-first transformation, Iva serves on the Presidium of the Czech Association of Communication Agencies (AKA) and sits on the Advisory Board of #Holky z Marketingu.
