After beginning her career in commercial production, Jax joined digital agency Glue to lead its digital and film production studio just as some of the most exciting creative opportunities were emerging online. She then moved to Stink Studios, where she has spent nine years as Managing Director.

Over the past two decades, Jax has consistently kept her team ahead of the curve, evolving from traditional commercial production to pioneering interactive films, embracing the rise of social content and crafting integrated 360 campaigns. Her ability to merge film and technology has driven a range of groundbreaking, cross-platform projects.

Jax has won a number of awards including 21 Gold’s and 15 Silvers across Cannes Lions, One Show and D&AD. In 2021 Jax was President of Digital Craft at Cannes Lions and prior to that was on the Film Craft Cannes Lions jury.
