Karolina lives by Robert Capa's words: "it's not enough to be talented. You also have to be Hungarian." Her imprint on the creative industry is characterized by 5 Cannes Lions, a Gold Clio, One Show pencils, some Gold and Silver London International Awards and wins at Eurobest, ADC Global, New York Festivals, The Webbys and 3 Grand Prix’s at Golden Drum. She has been honoured to judge Dubai Lynx, the Clios, London International, ADC Global and is honoured to be the second Hungarian invited to a Cannes Lions awarding jury. She won the bursary placement at the Berlin School’s Creative Leadership Programme, has been a regular speaker at international festivals and is a graduate of Rare, Google’s Leadership Academy. Still, her proudest moments are always the times when she hears a transformative creative idea created by someone on her team that other people never expected to excel.
