Khalid El Khouani is an Executive Producer at Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam where he has spent the past decade producing integrated global work for various brands including Nike, Samsung, Instagram, Facebook and more.

Known for bringing order to ‘organised chaos,’ Khalid is valued for his problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and efficiency. He thrives in complex productions, finding practical solutions while keeping creativity at the heart of the process. In addition to his role as Executive Producer, he founded Joint, W+K Amsterdam’s in-house production and post-production studio, where he works hands-on with teams across the globe.

Khalid is committed to mentoring the next generation of production talent and pushing for greater diversity across the industry. Outside the agency, he recently worked on a feature film about the first generation Moroccan immigrants in the Netherlands, a story he personally connects with. He also trains a youth team at a grassroots football club in a diverse community. An environment that reflects his belief in teamwork, inclusivity and building from the ground up.
