Laura is the Executive Creative Director at TBWA\Helsinki and oversees the creative work across the agency. She has 20 years experience in leading teams and building brands across Finland and beyond. She has led her teams to gain recognition in most national competitions as well as Cannes Lions, Eurobest, One Show and Effies.

Laura has judged in both national and international awards including Grandone Finland, Young Lions, Effie Finland, Best of Year Finland, Saniss Awards and ADC Awards.

As creative director, Laura searches for real human insights, which turn into creative ideas that earn their attention and solve real problems, whether it be with design, product, technology or storytelling.
