After 3 years working at IPG Mediabrands in various leadership roles, Lauren is now Global & EMEA Chief Activation Officer at IPG Mediabrands. With 20 years of digital experience, she has built a career developing market-leading strategies for some of the world’s most recognised brands. Her expertise spans advertising, media, and performance marketing; all wrapped up with a strong expertise in data, analytics, and technology.

With previous positions at OMG, PHD and Havas Media Group, Lauren has worked with 100+ brands across a variety of industries including O2, NatWest, Volkswagen Group, Sainsbury’s, LEGO and De Beers, in strategic planning, activation and innovation in the digital vertical.

Lauren regularly contributes thought-leadership and opinion editorials in the advertising and media industry trades, with a focus on creating cultural velocity through digital transformation, emerging technologies and the application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Lauren has contributed to building more equitable and representative workplaces throughout her career, serving as co-chair on multicultural advisory boards and sharing perspectives at industry panels. She remains committed to fostering a sense of belonging and promoting equal opportunity across the advertising sector.

Lauren Ogúndèkó was a finalist for the Performance Marketing World People Awards as Chief Digital Officer at KINESSO UK&I and was shortlisted for Ad Tech Personality of the Year in 2024 by ExchangeWire.
