Biography
Linda Ayoola is a business and creative executive with a career spanning music, technology and culture. A founding member of Platoon, she held a number of leadership roles during the company’s growth, including Head of Music, Africa; leading Expansion; and ultimately Global Head of Music. Across these roles, she worked with artists, creative talent and partners across multiple international markets, developing strategies that connected culture, creativity and commercial opportunity.
Linda has also held senior roles within global technology organisations, bringing together creative, strategic and operational expertise across the music and media landscape.
Alongside her executive work, Linda manages spoken-word artist Suli Breaks and is the founder of Office Hours, a platform exploring ambition, work, money and leadership.
With a background in Accounting and Financial Management, Linda brings a commercially minded but culturally curious perspective to creative work. She is particularly interested in ideas that have a strong cultural point of view, create meaningful connection with audiences and demonstrate the power of creativity to drive both influence and impact.
