Lisa is Creative Director and Partner at F&B Happy, the branding and design arm of Forsman & Bodenfors, where she also serves as Head of Design. Based in Sweden and part of the company’s leadership team, she focuses on developing creative talent, brand strategies, and bold ideas.

With more than 20 years in the industry, Lisa works closely with brands and creative teams to navigate complex challenges – from defining brand strategies and visual identities to shaping long-term creative direction. Her work has been recognized with more than 200 creative awards across 70+ projects.

Lisa studied at Central Saint Martins in London and remains actively involved in the wider design and creative community. She regularly contributes as a visiting lecturer and has served on juries for leading international awards, including Clio, D&AD, LIA, Eurobest, Guldägget, Baltic Best, and New York Festivals. She also serves on the board of Beckman College of Design.
