With more than 20 years spent in global pharma and healthcare, including senior commercial and brand leadership roles at international pharma companies before co-founding NoA Health, she has picked up a thing or two about what makes healthcare brands actually work, across markets, cultures, and regulatory mazes that would make most people give up and go home.

At NoA Health, she leads the agency and client partnerships across Europe and North America, working with some of the world's biggest pharmaceutical companies including Novo, GSK, ALK, Sanofi, Lundbeck on partnerships built to last, not just look good in a pitch deck.

Her fingerprints are on international product launches across diabetes, obesity, neurology, and oncology, and she's built teams that prove science, creativity, and strategy can get along just fine.

Off the clock, Louisa swaps brand strategy for blade sharpening as Chairperson of a Copenhagen figure skating club, on a mission to get more girls into sport, to build the confident women of the future.

She's thrilled to bring both her healthcare know-how and her love of a good challenge to the Euobest jury this year.
