Biography

21 years of experience. ‘The Drum’ magazine placed him on the list of 200 best creative directors in the world. He was also in the top 30 Executive Creative Directors in the world according to the One Show 2021 rankings. Runs the creative department at Ogilvy Warsaw, the top awarded Polish agency.

Maciej is responsible for developing ‘To The Last Tree Standing’ (for Greenpeace) - the campaign which helped to save the largest primeval forest in Europe – thanks to its 1:1 scale copy built in Minecraft. It is one of the most awarded campaigns in the history of Cannes Lions (23 Lions) and was awarded the first Yellow Pencil in the history of Polish advertising.

Together with his team he created the LEGO "Green Instructions" campaign, which won the only 2 Lions for Poland in 2021. It was also awarded the unique Green Pencil award at the One Show.

In 2022, he created "Buy My Cancer". A unique NFT series made using real living cancer cells, to fund treatment for those suffering from these cancers.

In 2024 he was the creative leader of the Milka "Let's Neighbor Up" project, thanks to which 30% of the Polish nation had the chance to renew neighborly relations.

Over 200 awards for creativity and effectiveness. Maciej has experience working with brands such as: Milka, Nussbeisser, LEGO, Barbie, Reebok, Orange, T-mobile, Bahlsen, McDonalds, Samsung, Danone, Philips, Decathlon and many more. Maciej is also a chairman of the Advertising Creators Club - that is the biggest Polish club of creativity - and runs the biggest Polish advertising festival (KTR).
