Creative Director, works at the Ukrainian agency Banda. In 2021 he became a partner at Banda, starting to manage the social media part of the business.

During his professional career Maksim has worked in Lithuania and Ukraine, his projects have been recognised at such competitions as Cannes Lions, Eurobest, Effie, ADC*E, Golden Drum and others.

In 2018 Banda became Red Dot Agency of the Year, in 2019 the most creative agency in Central and Eastern Europe according to Epica, and in 2020 the most effective independent agency in the world according to Effie Worldwide.
