Marie is a strategic leader in customer engagement, loyalty, and CRM, known for blending data, creativity with commercial impact. With a career spanning tech, travel, telco, retail, and food delivery, she has shaped customer strategies for some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Just Eat Takeaway, lastminute.com, and Virgin Media O2.
She has turned spearheaded digital transformation, and delivered millions in incremental revenue by transforming customer bases into growth engines. Marie has forged strategic partnerships with global giants such as McDonald’s, UEFA, and Red Bull, using first-party data to unlock ideas that deliver real value for both businesses and customers.
Today, she is the founder of Mikwabo, a consultancy dedicated to reinventing CRM and customer engagement that doesn’t suck, helping brands build relationships that actually last.
Co-chair of the black marketers' council at the DMA, she is a passionate advocate for inclusivity, championing greater representation in marketing and leadership.
