Biography

Marta leads LifeStyles’ Marketing & Innovation team, with focus on driving the company’s marketing vision and innovation strategy, globally, while overseeing its in-market execution.

She has over 23 years of experience in consumer goods, which she started building in advertising agencies and in global roles. After 7 years at McCann Erickson (Milan, London) and Microsoft (Milan), she joined LifeStyles Healthcare (formerly Ansell) with the goal of optimizing the company’s global sexual wellness brand portfolio. Marta led the creation of SKYN® - LifeStyles’ first global brand – and its development into the world’s top selling non-latex condom brand.

Marta’s core expertise and passion are creating, building up and expanding challenger brands across categories and geographies, with cross- functional teams worldwide. Her appreciation for diverse cultures fuels her commitment to foster diversity, flexibility and respect.
