Niamh Skelly is Head of Production at Publicis Dublin, Ireland's most internationally awarded agency for three consecutive years.

With more than 30 years' experience in commercial production, she is renowned for championing exceptional craft and helping shape some of Ireland's most awarded creative work.

She has produced award-winning work recognised at the world's leading creative festivals, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Eurobest, the Clios and The One Show. Her work on Heineken campaigns including Pub Succession, Unwasted Beer and The Pub That Refused to Die has earned international acclaim, most recently with The Pub That Refused to Die winning four Bronze Lions and a Grand Prix at the 2026 Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity.

Over more than three decades, Niamh has built a reputation for combining creative ambition with meticulous execution. She has also played an integral role in mentoring and developing emerging Irish talent throughout her career.

Outside of work, she's most proud of her greatest production to date: three pretty awesome humans.
