Nuka Shevardnadze is Managing Partner, Strategy Director and Co-Founder of PLAYMAKERS, a boutique creative agency from Georgia.

Nuka spent 12 years on the client side, driven by a passion for building disruptive brands that challenge industries, and was named to Forbes Georgia’s 30 Under 30 list for her work in marketing. In 2023, she switched sides and co-founded PLAYMAKERS with the belief that great creativity should understand business, challenge conventions and have the courage to make an impact beyond advertising.

In just three years, PLAYMAKERS has earned more than 50 international awards, including the ADCE Grand Prix and the European Star Special Prize, alongside recognition at The One Show, Clio Awards and Epica Awards, among others.

Nuka believes the creative industry has a responsibility to use its influence for good, a philosophy that shapes both the agency’s work and her personal involvement in social and charitable initiatives.
