Biography
Omobolanle Banwo Osadolo is a Brand Identity Designer, Creative Director, and Design Advocate dedicated to shaping impactful visual identities and inspiring the next generation of creatives. She is the Founder of Geneza Brands, a branding agency that partners with forward-thinking businesses to craft compelling identities and strategic storytelling. She also leads the Geneza School of Design, which has trained students from over 14 countries in Design, Branding, UI/UX, and animation.
Passionate about inclusivity, Bolanle launched The Female Designer Movement (Azari), an initiative that has provided free design training to more than 7,000 women, equipping them with skills to thrive in technology and design. Her work has earned widespread recognition, including the Tech Elle Award at the She Code Africa Summit, being named a finalist for the Bupa Everywoman in Technology Awards, and recognition as one of the 100 Women Creating a Better Africa by WeForGood International.
In 2024, Bolanle was invited to serve on the Cannes Lions - Design Shortlisting Jury, underscoring her global influence within the creative industry. Her advocacy and thought leadership have been featured by BBC Pidgin, Business Day, and Channels Television, and she has spoken at major platforms including Microsoft’s DigiGirlz Camp and Wema Bank’s Women in Tech initiative.
