Orsi started her career more than 14 years ago as a copywriter at Dentsu Budapest and joined Wavemaker in 2019. Since then, she’s been part of shaping ideas that connect brands with people in meaningful and relevant ways.

As Executive Creative Director at WPP Media, she’s proud to see her team’s work consistently recognised—at home as Media Agency of the Year, Creative Network Agency of the Year and PR Agency of the Year, and abroad with awards from Cannes Lions, Festival of Media, Epica, ADCE, New York Festivals, Cresta, Golden Drum and Effie.

Working within Hungary’s small but thriving creative community, Orsi believes that great stories don’t depend on scale—they grow out of curiosity, collaboration and authenticity.
