Samantha Almon Adeluwoye is Global Director of Content and Social Media at Maersk, leading the company’s social strategy and brand storytelling worldwide. With a career spanning broadcast media, creative industries, and global logistics, she brings a unique blend of storytelling craft and strategic insight to one of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Her career began behind the camera, capturing iconic musicians before joining the BBC as a Picture Campaign Executive, where she earned a Promax Award for the Eastenders publicity campaign.

At Maersk, Samantha leads a team that has transformed the brand’s digital presence, growing social media channels to over 6 million followers. Her strategy combines editorial depth with platform-native storytelling, earning her the Influential Businesswoman Awards for Most Influential Transport & Logistics Social Media Specialist (2023) and Social Media Specialist of the Year (Denmark) (2024).

She curated the Black Art Now exhibition at London’s OXO Tower and hosted a live YouTube show premiering the world’s first vessel sailing on green fuels.
