Sanam Bartoletti is Head of Production at Ogilvy Milan.

Her career has always lived at the intersection of creativity, production and different cultures. With a Persian mother, an Italian father and a British education, she grew up between languages and perspectives, developing a natural talent for mediation, collaboration and finding common ground.

With nearly two decades of experience, she has worked on international campaigns alongside some of the industry’s leading creatives, photographers and directors.

Today, she leads a creative, multidisciplinary production team at Ogilvy, with a particular passion for craft, new production models, emerging technology and, above all, making great ideas happen.

She speaks four languages, three of them on a daily basis, and is a mother of two .....

She also believes no shoot should ever start without gummy bears.
