Biography

Dr. Stacie Graham is Managing Director of Social Impact at Burson, where she champions systemic change and purposeful innovation across the global communications landscape. An award-winning leader, she serves as Chair of the PRCA Race & Ethnicity Equity Board, driving industry-wide modernisation, cultural transformation, and measurable accountability. Her extensive track record of institutional change includes previously leading WPP’s landmark $30 million racial equity commitment, anchoring long-term progress across international creative networks.

Beyond the corporate boardroom, Stacie is a pioneering entrepreneur and community builder. She founded OYA: Body-Mind-Spirit Retreats—the UK’s first holistic wellness brand dedicated to Black women and women of color—celebrating a decade of transformative community impact in 2026. Stacie is also the acclaimed author of Yoga As Resistance: Equity and Inclusion On and Off the Mat, reframing personal and collective wellbeing through an intersectional lens.

Recognised in Campaign’s 2025 40 Over 40, she seamlessly bridges executive leadership with grassroots activism to shape enduring cultural change and social impact. She completed her doctoral degree in neuro-affective cognitive sciences with a specialisation in human motivation.
