Biography
Thomas is a driver of talents, content enthusiast and media expert.
After having led Dentsu and Publicis Media Strategy and Branded Content departments Thomas was appointed as CEO of IPG Mediabrands in France in 2015. Since, the operation made a major turnaround, experiencing the strongest growth of the industry, tripling its size, with an enduring client success and satisfaction. IPG Mediabrands France and its agencies were regularly voted ‘Media Agency of the Year’ and awarded "Great Place To Work" and « Best Workplace » in France, in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
20 years after he began his career in the media agencies industry he was elected president of UDECAM (Union Des Entreprises Conseil en Achat Media) the union of media agencies representing 92% of media investments in France, in July 2022. He also founded the BCMA (Branded Content Marketing Association) French chapter in 2019.
Also father of four and being a rock manager, Thomas is teacher at Sciences Po Paris and released 5 books on digital and pop culture. He was also member of the jury at Cannes Lions in 2014, 2023 & 2024.
