She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and Art Students League in New York. She’s been associated with advertising since 1999.

While being Chief Creative Officer, DDB Warsaw became one of the most awarded agencies in Poland winning 3 times in the row the title of The Most Creative Agency of the Year (2023/2024/2025) and 6 times The Most Effective Agency of The Year.

Since 2012 Zuza won over 160 local and global awards including: 8 Cannes Lions, 7 Eurobest, The One Show, LIA, Facebook Awards, Effie Awards (including 2 Grand Prix and 2 Euro Effie). This year She won a Gold Lion in Brand Experience and Activation category and 2 bronzes and silver in Craft and Outdoor.
