Refunds on or before 18 September 2026

An entrant may withdraw their entries on or before 18 September 2026 for any reason and be eligible for a refund of the entry fee paid, less a processing fee of 160€.

No refunds after 18 September 2026

An entrant may withdraw their entries after 18 September 2026 if payment has been made, however, please note that you won't be eligible for a refund. We request immediate settlement if payment has not yet been made, as the entrants are still liable to pay for entries.

After you check out your entry, each piece of work is reviewed multiple times by our Awards team before it gets to the Jury. All entries will now undergo integrity checks, where we review the proof of impact provided and ensure it lines up with the submission. If there are any issues, a member of the team will be in touch.

The CEO of the entrant company AND the CMO (or equivalent) of the commissioning brand must both approve all entries submitted. You will be asked to provide their contact details during submission. Once your entry has progressed through the processing stages, these executives will be contacted directly to verify the information is factually accurate. These approvals will happen in parallel with judging. Once we receive the approvals, you’re all set.
